Return and Refund Policy

Commitment to Satisfaction At Vonde Technology, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our products. We take every feasible measure to ensure a positive experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase made through our website, we are prepared to address your concerns in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.

Please Note: We do not issue refunds for services that have been completed. Additionally, returns that do not reach us cannot be processed for replacement. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

 

Acceptable Return Conditions

We will accept product returns for replacement under the following scenarios:

  1. Incorrect Order: If the products received significantly differ from what was ordered (e.g., incorrect branding or customization).
  2. Damages and Issues: In cases where the product is defective, we offer a replacement. Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Prompt inspection of the order upon arrival and immediate notification of any damage are crucial. Failure to report damage within 48 hours negates the possibility of action on our part.
  3. Under Supply of Products: In the unlikely event of an undersupply (e.g., receiving fewer products than ordered), please inform us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can dispatch additional units to fulfill your order.

 

Refund Procedure

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Customized Products

At Vonde, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, customized products. Given the bespoke nature of these items, we do not offer refunds for customized products. The creation of customized orders involves significant time and labor, starting immediately upon order placement. As such, these products are ineligible for refunds.
