As the Vonde Pro App is exclusively available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, all transactions, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies.
- Cancellation of Subscriptions

Cancellation requests become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise by Apple or Google at the point of sale.

Refunds for purchases or subscriptions made through the Vonde Pro App are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where the transaction occurred. Generally, refunds may be granted under the following circumstances, as determined by Apple or Google:
- Technical issues or malfunctions of the App preventing the usage of paid services, which we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Unauthorized transactions proven to have occurred due to security breaches not caused by user negligence.
Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with the service or changed personal circumstances typically are not eligible, as these are handled at the discretion of Apple or Google.
