Cancellation and Refund Terms

Introduction

These terms describe cancellation, termination, and possible refunds for Vonde Technology products and services.

The individual terms of an accepted proposal, order, or separate agreement take precedence over this general information.

Products and services

A Vonde Technology project may include custom-produced or branded NFC and QR devices, project preparation, configuration, digital experiences, integrations, and optional operation services.

These services are typically:

• made to an agreed technical and visual specification,
• include both physical production and digital configuration,
• be delivered or activated according to the project schedule.

Custom production and performance already started

Custom-produced, printed, or configured products and development, setup, or integration work already started generally cannot be cancelled without cost after production or performance has begun.

This may particularly apply to:

• production of physical NFC and QR devices and packaging,
• custom visual or technical preparation,
• configuration and activation of digital experiences,
• integration, onboarding, and support work.

Subscription cancellations

Subscription services may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.

Cancellation:

• does not affect the billing period already completed,
• takes effect from the next period,
• does not necessarily result in an automatic refund.

Custom development and setup services

For custom integrations, development, onboarding, or consulting services, general withdrawal rights may apply only in a limited way to work already started.

Such services may:

• be considered partially or fully performed,
• be billed on a proportional or custom basis.

Refunds

Vonde Technology may grant partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.

When reviewing refund requests, we may consider:

• the extent to which the service has been used,
• which features have been activated,
• the status of custom setup work,
• the billing period concerned.

Service termination

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the service or any of its features.

In the event of a breach or misuse, access may be restricted or terminated.
