You are entitled to cancel your contract with us within 14 days without stating a reason.

 

The cancellation period concludes 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the final item of your order.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify Vonde Technology US (email: info@vondetechnology.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unambiguous statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax, or email). While you may use the provided model cancellation form, it is not mandatory. To adhere to the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication regarding your decision to exercise the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

 

Effects of Cancellation Upon cancelling this contract, we are committed to refunding all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery). We may reduce your refund to compensate for any diminished value of the goods, if such loss results from unnecessary handling on your part.

 

We will process the refund without undue delay, and in any case, not later than:

(a) 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after you provide proof of having returned the goods, or (c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel the contract.

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

 

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us promptly, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period lapses.

 

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
