Terms of Service for Vonde Pro App

  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vonde Pro App (“App”), operated by Vonde Technology (“we,” “our,” or “us”), providing digital business cards, URL shortening, NFC and QR code management, and Apple/Google Wallet integration services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the App.

  1. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account and must immediately report unauthorized usage to us.

  1. Service Description

The App provides:

  • Creation and management of digital business cards (Biopages)
  • URL shortening services
  • NFC and QR code creation and management
  • Apple and Google Wallet digital card integration
  1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App unlawfully or fraudulently
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt app services
  • Upload harmful content or viruses
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

Violation of these conditions may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

  1. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain App features may require payment or subscriptions. Payment for subscriptions is processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device’s operating system.

The available subscription options, their pricing, billing frequency, and any applicable free trial periods will be displayed within the App and/or during the subscription process in the respective app store.

You can manage your subscriptions, including cancellations, through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Please refer to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store support documentation for detailed instructions on managing your subscriptions.

Vonde Technology does not handle payment processing, billing, or subscription cancellations directly. All related inquiries should be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store customer support.

  1. Third-Party Services and Websites

We are not responsible for third-party services or external websites linked from the App. Users should carefully review third-party terms before engaging.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of Vonde Technology and protected by intellectual property laws.

  1. Data Protection

We process personal data following our Privacy Policy, which details the types of data collected, purposes, and methods of processing.

  1. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all data you share or publish via the App. You must ensure appropriate consent for third-party data.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Vonde Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vonde Technology from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are breached or for other legitimate reasons, at our sole discretion.
